No Eco-Meat: Don't just switch from beef to fish & chicken, get the slaughterhouse out of your kitchen

Hope Bohanec

It is well established that beef and dairy production is accelerating climate change, but did you know that chicken meat, eggs, and fishing is wreaking havoc on our planet as well? There are over 25,000 identified species of fish on the earth and it is estimated that there may still be over 15,000 fish species that have not yet been identified, yet we are wiping them out at an unprecedented rate. Eggs take ten time the water to produce as plant foods. It has now been scientifically proven that chickens and fish suffer pain and fear, feel joy and friendship, and that they are sentient. Come learn more about these amazing creatures and how we can protect them, and by protecting them, protect the Earth as well.
